5. Aran Ojiro
Height: 184.7 cm
Weight: 80.2 kg
Aran Ojiro is a 3rd-year student at Inarizaki High School. Having of foreign descent, he was much taller and stronger than his team-mates in middle school. Building on this foundation, he became one of the best Wing Spikers and was soon named the Vice-Captain and the Ace. While he is often presumed as a weaker Ushijima Wakatoshi, he too has an explosive jump which helps him spike above the blockers. He has a powerful and unique spike serve along with good reflexes considering how quick he is at reacting to first touch serves and managing to do three consecutive spikes against Karasuno. It is said, if Aran were to be in a reasonably good condition, he might even be in the Top 3 Aces.
4. Kotaro Bokuto
Height: 186 cm
Weight: 78.3 kg
Kotaro Bokuto is a 3rd-year student at Fukurodani Academy playing in the Wing Spiker position. At the start of his career, Bokuto mainly equipped his straight spikes. But seeing that he wasn’t necessarily good at it, he switched to cross spikes. After a long time of practice, he became a cross spike specialist but he didn’t just stop there. He realized, he must grow as a volleyball player so he worked hard to re-perfect his straight spike. Now, it has become the greatest weapon in his arsenal which is even able to tremble his opponents.
Kotaro Bokuto was the Ace and Captain of Fukurodani. So, although he is a person who is quite relied upon, this doesn’t reflect his personality. He is described by his team-mates to have mood swings that are volatile to change even at the smallest of things.

3. Wakatoshi Ushijima
Height: 189.5 cm
Weight: 84.8 kg
Wakatoshi Ushijima is a 3rd-year student at Shiratorizawa Academy. Unlike many aces who play as a Wing Spiker, Ushijima plays as an Opposite Hitter. This due to the fact that he is left-handed and is much stronger on the ball through this position. Most receivers have a tough time copying to his spikes as his spike’s spin is different. This leads to the ball being wrongly received thus bouncing off at an off-angle.
He is known as the strongest spiker in Haikyuu as one might even need hands of steel to pick his incoming spikes. Being the captain of Shiratorizawa, he is quite stoic in nature criticizing friends and foes bluntly.
2. Wakatsu Kiryuu
Height: 188.3 cm
Weight: 85.6 kg
Wakatsu Kiryuu is a 3rd-year student at Mujinazaka High playing in the Wing Spiker position. He is known to be as good as Ushijima in terms of power but is above him in the ranks due to his better precision. He is known to be the strongest Wing Spiker in Haikyuu and a huge thanks go to his leg training.
Kiryuu is considered a better all-rounded player than Ushijima. This was due to his powerful legs that would help him in having efficient receives thus making him an excellent passer of the ball. Moreover, his jump serves are devastating too and one to look out for.
1. Kiyoomi Sakusa
Height: 189 cm
Weight: 72.4 kg
Kiyoomi Sakusa is a 2nd-year student at Itachiyama Institute and is their Ace Wing Spiker. Compared to other aces on the list, he is the youngest. He is said to be a very cautious player as he analyses every toss that comes to him. This habit has manifested him and thus he is able to connect spikes at the perfect time making them look unreal.
He is said to be one of the best receivers of the game while his attacks are the most hated. He has ultra-flexible wrists enabling him to turn his wrist all the way around. So, people speculate it to be the reason for his spikes being hated but in fact, it is the spin he adds to the ball that makes it difficult for the receivers. He seems to be the most complete player, making him the Best Ace.
